I'm losing confidence this build will every succeed in finite time.  Is there some way to tell maven to not load things for which a version is in the repository, but to go ahead and load things that are not there? I'm getting many connection timeout errors trying to get new versions of things I already have, but can't run offline because I don't have everything required for the latest code base.
