The admin user name and password not getting cleared when logged out from the
Web Admin Module

I logged on to the admin site using the given user name: admin and password :
axis2
Then I logout of the site and closed the browser
Opened a new browser window and visited the login page and it still displays
the user name and the password.
All I had to do was to click on the button "Login" and I was able to get
through. Is this correct? When you log out from the site, shouldn't it clear
the user name and password fields. At Least shouldn't it clear the password
field ?
Even if I clear the cache and open a new browser, it still displays the user
name and the password which I used to log in to the site previously
