Blank 'options' page appears with enabled 'Next' button and user can go through
the wizard if a wrong file type is selected as WSDL.
Steps to reproduce:
===================
1. Start IDEA and create a new project.
2. Select Axis2-->Axis2 plugins
3. Select 'WSDL2Code Codegeneration' option and click ok
4. Enter a wrong file type for WSDL (eg:- *.txt) and click 'Next'
Actual Result:
==============
User can proceed through the wizard.
Expected Result:
================
'Next' button should only be enabled if a valid WSDL is selected by the user.
