Cannot add multiple services in to a service group with 'I already have
services.xml' option in the IDEA Service Archive Creation wizard

Steps to reproduce:

1. Start Axis2 wizard in IDEA
2. Select 'Create a service archive' option
3. Select following options in 'Service Type Selection' screen
- Service group archive
- I already have services.xml
4. Select a services.xml and class location
5. Click next button in the 'Edit Service descriptor' screen
6. 'Output location selection' page is displayed. Select an output location and
click 'Finish'
Issue:
======
'Service Creation successful' message is displayed. User can not add multiple
services in to service group.
