and c) what about Kandula? Are we going to pre-add every phase we'll ever need to the default axis2.xml?
If it got out of hand, we could certainly do some simplification from where we are. However, I think there is a sweet spot around the RASP profile.
That will certainly help with making sure they're in the right order! :)
You seem to imply this would be a bad thing! I think having a reasonably comprehensive default set of phases that support most users would be a perfectly good idea.
