Thomas Leonard commented on AXIS2-3080:
---------------------------------------
With this patch applied, my service element contains *only* the policy. i.e.
<wsdl:service name="HelloSampleService">
<wsp:Policy Id="SigTripleDesRSA15DK">
....
</wsp:Policy>
</wsdl:service>
Without the patch, my service endpoints are listed, as expected:
<wsdl:service name="HelloSampleService">
<wsdl:port name="HelloSampleServiceSOAP11port_http"
binding="ns0:HelloSampleServiceSoapBinding">
<soap:address
location="http://...:8080/sample/services/HelloSampleService"/>
</wsdl:port>
</wsdl:service>
> Policies that are attached using services.xml should appear in description
> hierarchy instead of binding hierarcy

> If policy is attached using a serivces.xml the those policies should appear
> in the Axis2 description hierarchy instead of the binding hierarchy.
> For instance policies that are includes inside the <service> element (
> service level scope) should appear in the <wsdl:service> element instead of
> each <wsdl:port>.
> If a policy that are include inside the <message> element, it should appear
> in the appropriate <wsdl:input> or <wsdl:output> element of each
> <wsdl:portType> element.
