Hi Shailendra ,

You can download WSAS from [1] and once you download the distribution
zip file there is a bat file called install.bat run that then that will
install WSAS in your windows box. (From next time onwards please ask
WSAS related question on wsas-user list rather than axis-dev or
axis-user  :) ).
