Jarek,
Does this mean registered InvocationListener instances will NOT have the
'notifyOnException' method called with the exception that occurred? If not, can
we update the fix to make sure the InvocationListener's notifyOnException
method is called with the exception? If this method is already being called in
this case, please ignore my comments :)
