I have written ASP.Net programs using that attribute.  But in any case, you
have exeeded my knowledge on what ASP.Net supports.  Perhaps armed with the
information that [SoapRpcMethod] has solved this problem in other contexts,
you can find someone more knowledgable on the specifics of the Microsoft
implementation of soap that you are using to help you out?
