John, Thanks for submitting this. I'd like to commit your fix, but a couple of minor things are holding me up, which you may be able to help with.
Firstly, I can't apply the diff against revision 1.43 of SOAPHeader. Is there any chance you could update to the latest revision (1.45 as I write) and/or create a patch file using "cvs diff -u". In fact you could include the change to PackageTests.java in the same patch file by running cvs dif -u against xml-axis (assuming you have no other pending changes). Secondly, the testcase seems to be spattered through with sequences like =3D (tab?). Would it be possible to clean it up and re-send it? Thanks, Glyn
