The goal of the rc2 release is simply to package up all of the fixes made since the rc1 release in a form convenient and conducive for a wider audience to test and provide feedback on. As such, there are no list of "must fix bugs" for this particular release.
The plan is to cut a branch for this release late Sunday night, and to build a release from that branch, preferably on Monday morning. Bug reports for this release are to posted to bugzilla, specifying "1.0-rc2" as the version. I'll volunteer to be the release manager for this release. - Sam Ruby
