Russell, At the bug scrub on Tuesday a question came up concerning the best practices when changing i18n message content. We have a message that prints out a misleading error message. If I want to change the content of messageAbc00 to make it more intuitive for users, what is the appropriate methodology? On the call we came up with 2 options.
a) Simply change the content of messageAbc00 to be the appropriate content b) Create messageAbc01 with the appropriate content and add it to the bottom of the messages file. Then change the code to reference this new message. This option does not delete the original message content. Please let me know how I should proceed. If I don't hear from you I will assume option B is the desired approach because it is slightly more "correct" from the translation perspective.
