Yes. And this file contained the "user" not the "item" element name.

But the question's still why contains the auto-generated file the "item" element (even FooUsersSoapBindingStub.java contains something like

param.setItemQName(new javax.xml.namespace.QName("urn:ImportUsers", "user"));

?
