Each axis2 AAR has its own seperate class loader. In the case that you want to
isolate each AAR, do not put jars in WEB-INF/lib - put them in your AAR sort
of like:
package name
Service
META-INF
services.xml
lib
mylib.jar
mylib2.jar
org
mypackage
