Subject: SOAP namespacing conventions

Is there is a "standard" or "widely accepted" convention for naming the soap namespace.
I have seen:

<soap:Envelope xmlns:soap="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
<soapenv:Envelope xmlns:soapenv="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">
<SOAP-ENV:Envelope xmlns:SOAP-ENV="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/soap/envelope/">

Thanks,
