[Axis2] tests fail after axis2 update (module not found error)

Hi all,

I've just updated axis2 to the latest version, but unfortunately I  
realized my unit tests now fail because of a module not found error  
(I guess it's the addressing module). The same tests succeed with the  
old libraries.
Any suggest would be appreciated.
