Have you tried Project -> Clean within Eclipse?
That often will clear up errors in a project.

please try preferences -> validation -> disable wsdl validation and
then see whether the error still persists if so please report and
issue in <http://bugs.eclipse.org>bugs.eclipse.org under the wtp,
explaining your scenario. There may already be issues with validation.

Yesterday i had to restart my computer to get the import working

Are you guys using the Eclipse WTP for this, if so there is some
issues reported against the WSDL validation when importing wsdls,
please forward us with the exact scenario that you are putting forward..
