No, i havn't tried that yet. The problem is, that the problem is currently
not showing. Yesterday i was able to work the whole day without running into
that problem. It happens only from time to time and i have no clue what the
reason for the problem is. 

I will try it with "Clean" the next time it happens (and report the result
here)

Have you tried Project -> Clean within Eclipse?
That often will clear up errors in a project.
