Hi all during some tests I stumbled into several pitfalls with WSDL2Java. For my tests I used the GetQuote example from axis.
Using WSDL2Java to create stub, skeleton and WSDD I found that the generated WSDD file does not match the WSDD file delivered in the GetQuote sample directory. In particular the "service" entry didn't match. Using the generated files to set up the getQuote request didn't work because the axis server couldn't find the service. This experience caused the question: is there a documentation how WSDL2Java uses the info in a WSDL file (namespaces, WSDL elements, etc) to generated the WSDD and the Stubs/Skeletons? Any hints welcome. Regards, Werner PS: did the logging mechanisms change recently?
