Yes, that's one option, but it puts the onus on the user's side. If that's 
the path we chose, it ought to be documented somewhere (perhaps in the FAQ, 
because even though it isn't a faq right now, it will quickly become one when 
people start using exslt and seeing not at all random numbers fed back to 
them).

The alternatives are documentation on one side, and detecting notorious 
offenders on the other.
