First, I suggest you to always cc:[EMAIL PROTECTED] your replies so all the people 
could comment our discussion.
To use libxslt you have to compile libxml2 and libxslt. You can grab them from 
xmlsoft.org. Then you should install XML::LibXML and XML::LibXSLT modules or reinstall 
AxKit. And after that you can replace in httpd.conf existing AxAddStyleMap lines with:
AxAddStyleMap text/xsl +Apache::AxKit::Language::LibXSLT
I know nothing about where at AxKit.org site you can find instructions for libxslt. 
But I'am sure that all the people here including Matt encourage use of libxslt instead 
of Sablotron.
