Yes, but there is no need to install everything that is in that directory!
The first is XML::LibXSLT. It fails in t/07blankdoc test, so it can't install.You may want to try the CVS version, XML::LibXSLT changes fast and fixes are frequent.
Note that if it's just that test failing, you can "force install XML::LibXSLT" and it ought to work. Judging from the error, that's what I'd do.
The second is XML::Sablotron. It fails in all tests.
Do you have libsablot installed? It looks like not, or it's not finding it.
Skipped tests don't matter. The fail you get is due to a problem with XML::LibXML that moved some of its constants into another package so that they aren't exported anymore. It's not important, and you can force install.Finally there is one fail and many skipped tests in AxKit.
