Hmm, I was sure Christian was going to make XML::LibXML re-export the missing constants so that software didn't have to change just because XML::LibXML decided to.

If that's not the case (and I'll be annoyed if it's not), then AxKit CVS will have to be changed, but we probably won't release AxKit 1.7 for a while yet (probably not until it works on Apache 2.0).
