RFC: Expires Taglib

I've got an itch to scratch. I need a taglib that can control the expiration of AxKit output including Expires, Pragma, Vary, and various other cache-related headers. The main purpose of thise is to set cache/expire information for dynamic content that will then be cached by a reverse proxy in front of AxKit.

To be honest, I'm surprised there isn't something like Apache::Expires already.

So, given the above, what features would everyone like to see? Is it even worth creating a Tablib?
