I think what you're interested in is this mockup: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/TimeAndDate#The%20menu The idea is to have some favorite times that are available for quick switching between them. Now, I thought your original requirements were to put UTC on the panel. While I think that could be useful, I'm also unsure of how to make it look slick. It could be added to the current label, but it seems that would make it very large. I'm not sure a second menu makes sense... --Ted
