Hi Matt, I have my ggrandmother on my paternal side Maria da Gloria from Faja de Baixo b. abt. 1858 m. Manuel de Andrade De Almeida Rodrigues from Sao Roque. They had four children; Odelia, Anton, Maria do Espirito Santo (my grandmother) and Elise settled in Ariffes. My grandmother, Maria married my grandfather, Manuel Borges Giesta from Ribeira Grande where they settled.
I've been trying to research the Andrade Almeida Rodrigues, but do not have anything as well as on Maria da Gloria. I do have Rebelo and do Rego from Ribeira Grande as well. My da Rocha is married to my great aunt. I know most of my relatives settled in Cambridge/Somerville, but some families did go to Canada and Rhode Island.
