I just stumbled across a website while looking for some good
portuguese recipes that I'm sure will be of interest to some if not
most of you.  It's called Leite's Culinaria by the portuguese food
writer David Leite.  I particularly liked the radio interview he did
in which he talks about first becoming interested in his portuguese
heritage with particular regard to food  here is the link to that

To all of you I hope you had a lovely Christmas and will have a great
New Year - to some of you I apologize for being out of touch - it's
been wildly busy at NYU and I had a family emergency just around
Thanksgiving.  Everything is quiet now and I'm making headway on
organizing all of my research so that I can more readily share the
information with others.  I think I finally figured out how to make a
GEDCOM on Reunion.
