Will do, Sam.  I have already written and received an answer to my request for
instructions as to how I could obtain the marriage and Notice of Intention of
Marriage records.

I have also, already (same day) received an answer from the Bristol Town Deputy
Clerk.  The reply stated: "The information you are requesting is available on
our website www.bristolri.us.  If you go to Town Clerk then Vital Records, you
will find information and the application to request a certified marriage
certificcate."

I have responded and asked if the certificate is still $20.00 and if $10.00
will cover a copy of the NIM.  Just send that email off so will wait for a
reply.  Celeste

Celeste;  If you find the Notice of Intention, will you please share where you
found it with the list.  It sounds like this could be a very helpful piece of
paper.  Thanks, Sam

Thanks, Arline.  As I stated before, my husband's cousin in Bristol, MA did
talk with the secretary at the church and was told no additional information
existed.

I am now looking for the Notice of Intention of Marriage that Elaine
suggested.  I am hopeful that will give me the information I need to place
Maria Cristo in the family.  Celeste
