Lex, There is a Flores marriage book that covers all freguesias. I'm not a Flores researcher, so I am unsure of the years. There are other Flores researchers on this list that own the book and can help.
There are also some indices for selected freguesias compiled by Al Ramos. He is on this list. If you are in his freguesias, I'm sure he'll contact you. There are baptisms, marriages and deaths for Flores online from the Centro de Conhecimento dos Acores (CCA) online. They might go up to 1900 or so.
