Robert, I'm using the Azores Government Knowledge Center site- the CCA http://pg.azores.gov.pt/drac/cca/ig/
After I scroll through and find the page I want I open a Microsoft Paint window, then use the print screen button on the keyboard, go back to the Paint program and paste it there. Then I use "save as" to change it to JPEG and name it, and place on the desktop. Then close the Paint program and open the saved image, which by default is Microsoft Office Picture and Fax Viewer. Then use the edit tools to crop it and resize it. Bingo. It takes a while at the start, but now I can do it in no time.
