From the title info and intro note this 1990 work was a revised version of her University of Pennsylvania,1988 Ph. D. Dissertation. Does anyone know where she might be now? (before I go on a chase through the collegate sources) She mentions the example (on page 34) of Frank M. Rosa of "sending" for six family members.
