Hi Lil, I have access to the death records for the UPPEC Fraternal Lodge. In that index, I found: Mary H. furtado died 9/20/1995, at the age of 71 years in Vallejo. Her date of birth was given as 7/4/1914, in Navato, CA. Father: Victorio Mattos, Azores; mother: Barbara Camara, Azores. She died of Diabetes Melitus and myocardial asystole. The mortuary was, twin Chapels and she is buried at All Souls Cemetery in Vallejo. The contact person was Mary Jean Rapose Kinney. That is all the information I have.
