This group has been a godsend to me. Without the information learned here from just reading other's posts and from certain individuals who have privately shared information with me and one person in particular who have given hours of her time helping me to "read" documents without which I would have given up and never found the trails of so many of my ancestors. To me it is a joy to "unearth" another document that proves information in a line. My husband has "no clue" why this is important to me and it is not something I can explain to him. It is so nice to have all of you who "get it".
