I did check in New Bedford with both St. Johns and city hall. They didn't have it. Then I tried the Mass State vital records in Boston and searched the whole state, still no luck. According to the family they believed they always lived in New Bedford. So I was thinking maybe they just got married in a different state. I do know he was in the Army during WWI and was stationed in Arizona. But according to my mother in law, her mother Mary never went out there.
