Frannie, The Center for Knowledge of the Azores (CCA) is going to have everything online someday. This is an ongoing project of many years. I don't know, maybe 7 or 8 years so far.
They will be migrating to a new site, but the current site is here: http://pg.azores.gov.pt/drac/cca/ig/ The Parish Registers (Registos Paroquias) show 6 out of the 9 islands. Out of the 6 islands, I think only 3 are complete: Corvo, Flores, and Sao Jorge. The other 3 islands have partial information. The remaining 3 islands have nothing. Sao Miguel island has only 4 freguesias up. It's been that way for a long time (like a year?)
