This is not a Web site. Technically, Google Groups is a kind of list-serv. Google Groups does have its limits for file sizes. I don't know the number, but if it's too large, I download it myself (if the admin pages let me) and resize it and send it. To send a file, you do it the same as you send a file in an email. Use your "attach" or paperclip, or whatever it is in your program.
