This is a very tough one !!.....
I came to something like: vinte e quatro novembro de mil ...???... e quarenta.
Just cannot figure out the "...???..." (it even seems like novecentos, but probably is not).
And, looks to be in quarenta.
Just cannot understand what comes after "quarenta" . But, dont think is a "3" or a "9" ....
All of the above is just my best estimate. Could you take the picture and do some
trait on it?... Contrast, etc...? Or, maybe you already did it !...
