I just looked at the whole page and I see it now. It is the 24 Nov 1904. I think we were trying to read into the text of the original document. It is "vente quarto e novembro mil novecentos e quarto". Unfortunately it is not the record I was looking for. (it even seems like novecentos, but probably is not). And, looks to be in quarenta. Just cannot understand what comes after "quarenta" . But, dont think is a "3" or a "9" .... All of the above is just my best estimate. Could you take the picture and do some trait on it?... Contrast, etc...? Or, maybe you already did it !...
