I have contacted Bela and her reply is below. If you have not already
pre-registered with them could you please let me know by Tuesday (tomorrow)
so I can give her your name and a count to make it easier for them, also
regarding lunch which is $25.
So far, I have the following who ARE ATTENDING - and I need to know if you
are pre-registered or not. If you are not pre-registered are you also going
to be doing lunch?

It would be easier and better for all if reservations were made in advance
as we will have name tags for everyone. Luncheon is critical that we have a
good idea on how many people will be served as we MUST give the caterer the
headcount on Wednesday and if more than 10% are added at the last minute,
our fees go up substantially...
I would appreciate if you could give me a head count by tomorrow evening,
and payment can be taken at the registration.
