It sounds like what we call a Family Group Sheet here in America.  There a

I think Registo de Nucleo Familar is the Register of the Nuclear Family.
If I remember right from my college sociology class, a nuclear family is
mom, dad, and the kids.  An extended family means that the grandparents or
other relatives live in the household in addition to mom, dad, and the
kids.  A family group sheet (show in the URL above) is for mom, dad, and
the kids.

Registo de Grupo Familar is the family group sheet.

I think it's 2 different names for the same thing.  I've also seen pedigree
charts called ancestor charts.

I don't know the terms you mention.  Maybe someone else can help out there.
