Ok, now I discover that Antonia is my Mom's Grandmother who she was named after! The family name of Souza comes from her side since the story goes that her husband was a foundling and took her name when they married. So it would seem that I am tied to these folks on both sides of my family - yes, I do know now just how small the Azores really are!
