My aunt that is traveling with her said that she wants to see the house that he lived in. We believe he lived in Papaikou, Hawaii. Does anyone have any ideas on resources that I can scour to find this information from CA? His name is Joaquin Joseph Rodrigues and he was born on December 1, 1897 in Papaikou, Hawaii. The birth city information is according to my grandmother. I can only find information in the 1900 Census for Hilo Hawaii. Were there city directories? Any "help" would be appreciated.
