Yes. That is the same Antonio de Medeiros married in 1737 I didnt bother with Nordestinho cause they were having children already in 1698. While marriages in Nordestinho only start in 1700.Since Maria de Medeiros was born in Faial da Terra, that would be my first bet for where they married, but marriages only start in 1696. Since they were having children in 1698 maybe they could have married where the records are lost (bef. 1696) or as you mention in the time period that Nordeste records seem to be missing.
