It looks like 64 to me but the writing is so small.  There is a date at the
bottom which I read 3 Jul 194?.  It could be 1941 or 1946. With the birth
date of 1864 would mean she would have to have been at least 76 years old.
And the writer could have figured it out if he was adding it to the baptism
record. The key is the date at the bottom. This margin note follows a format
as I have seen it on a number of records.

I am finding a variety of notations added later and this one in an example.
It is for Marianna a member of my family and appears to be added a long time
later because I think it says she died and was 74. ??

 

Can somebody tell me if this is correct please. Some of these notations are
in very very small writing.
