Absolutely but they are more than that.  Not only do they have an
image to uphold they are also investing in bringing the "diaspora"
back to its roots....and that's why my recommendation was two pronged
a)  to make the CCA aware of this issue because it is through them
that "Azorean Culture" is being divulged and b) for the refund to be
pushed back through the credit card company.

one...it will require an understanding of portuguese.

In closing there was not attempt at directing anyone but simply an
insight into what "I" would do in this situation.
