Eliseu. I think you may have asked this question on the Arrudas of Nordeste previously. . Not only do I have Arruda from Nordeste, I am an Arruda. My mother's maiden name is Arruda, She was born in Nordeste. My great grandfather x8 was Antonio Arruda married to Maria Estrela in late 1700s. They had a son named Francisco Cabral Arruda born abt. 1810 in Nordeste, married Francisca Rapoza 18 Nov 1831. Maybe your Antonio Arruda was my Antonio Arruda's grandfather? It's possible, but there are lots of Arrudas throughout the villages of the county of Nordeste.
