Repost for Ellen Ade, eaade09 at smumn.edu I am trying to find a record of my grandfather arriving in the US or leaving Azores. the US census has him arriving in 1905, he settled in CT. His name was Francisco da Silva born 1881 in Mosteiros, Ponta Delgado, San Miguel. His father was Henrique da Silva also of that village. I have no idea if he came alone - I believe he had a brother Manuel. Any suggestions where I can look? Ellen
