I have the same concerns that Richard does about travel during Easter week.

Our conference would run from Tuesday, April 15th through Friday, April 18th. EASTER SUNDAY is April 20th. So, if we pick the above dates, would it impact our attendance? If you were to join us, would those dates work for you if you are considering joining us (we are not going to hold you to it). The other dates we are thinking of are Tuesday, April 8 through Friday, April 11, 2014. We would get the group rate of $85 USD a night, but no special of stay 3 nights and get the 4th night free.
