Oops! Ally pointed out a typo for me!! Misread the same line twice in my notes. The correct choices for our dates are:
Arriving Monday, April 7 (for the out of town people) with the conference being Tuesday, April 8 - Friday, April 11 (just the group rate of $85 a night): 3 people Week before Easter Sunday (Holy Week): Arriving Monday, April 14 (for out of town) with the conference being Tuesday April 15 - Friday April 18 (stay 3 and get the 4th free): 2 people preferred this. 6 people said either week would work. And 3 or 4 people discussed how to get there, but did not note a preference for which week...The Plaza Hotel (our host hotel) runs some "Genealogy Free Night Specials." These are around slow times (winter and holidays). There is one around Easter 2014 and that's the "stay 3 nights and get the 4th free" with the room being $85 plus taxes.
