It's on Eastern Ave, near Marconi in Carmichael.
But these days, there isn't so much reason to go there to do research. That depends on location, of course.
I still have some films from Chile there, I hope, and need to look at them again.
You can have them call me, too.
But if they don't have Portuguese ancestry, then maybe someone at the Family History library there can guide them. I think there might also be an online guide for other nationalities from the LDS website.
